Product Delivery & Return Refund Policy

🚚 Product Delivery:

At Electro Here, all parcels are delivered in sealed packaging. Please follow the delivery protocol below:

• Pay first, then receive the parcel. Checking or trying the product before payment is not allowed.

• Most gadgets or tech items—especially those with batteries—require 3–6 hours of charging before proper testing.

• Courier agents will not wait for device setup or testing. Their job is only to deliver.

• Remember: You are buying the product, not testing it on trial. Charging and configuration may require technical knowledge and time.

If there’s a problem with the product, contact us directly. The delivery agent will not handle returns.

📹 Unboxing Required:

After receiving the delivery, customers must make a full unboxing video at home. If any item is missing or incorrect:

• Send us the video as proof.

• If the issue is verified, we’ll replace the product at our cost.

🔁 Return Policy – Electro Here

All products that include warranty (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) must be returned within 7 days from the invoice date to be eligible for a claim.

How to return:

• Use Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Redex, E-Courier, Steadfast, etc.

• ❌ Do not use SA Paribahan (they delay delivery to our office).

• Properly box, wrap, and seal the item.

• Do not tape over the original product box. Use newspaper if a new box isn’t available.

• Products returned without proper packaging or in damaged/resale condition will be rejected.

❗ Return/Exchange/Warranty not applicable if:

• Product has burn marks, physical damage, or broken seals.

• You remove the sticker/seal on the product.

• You simply don’t like the product after receiving it.

• There are scratches, stains, or signs of misuse.

• Issue is with chargers/adapters/gifts – no warranty provided.

• Product is incompatible with third-party apps/devices (outside of manufacturer’s defaults).

🧾 Return Process:

Step 1: Send your product via courier and WhatsApp the booking slip to +8801305501386.

Step 2: After receiving the product:

• We’ll inspect the issue within 24 hours.

• If the issue is valid, repair/replace or resolve it accordingly.

Step 3: If the product is not faulty, we will return the same item after receiving the courier fee from you.

Step 4: If the product is faulty, we’ll fix or replace it and send it at our own cost.

💸 Who Pays the Courier Fee?

• If the fault is reported within 7 days, you (the customer) send it to us at your cost, and we send the replacement at our expense.

• If the warranty issue happens after 7 days, the customer bears both ways (up & down) courier cost.

• You may also visit our office and bring/collect it yourself.

Before returning a product, please test it thoroughly and be sure of the issue.

⏱️ Delivery & Return Timelines

• Order Processing: Within 72 hours of confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 days.

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 days.

• Return Handling: 5–15 days from when we receive the product.

⏳ Please be patient. We handle each case carefully. Over-promising is avoided to ensure quality support.

Please read all policies before placing your order. Confirm only when you agree. Accounts with high return rates may be suspended for 15 days.
