🛒 1. Ordering Process

• After creating your account, you can order from your dashboard.

• Select a product > Click “Add to Cart” > Proceed to checkout.

💳 2. Payment Process

• We support both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepayment.

• A minimum of 200 BDT is recommended to confirm the order.

• If the order is canceled or not received, up to 200 BDT may be deducted for return-related costs.

🚚 3. Delivery & Charges

• Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 72 hours.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60

  • All over Bangladesh: ৳120

📦 4. Product Quality

• We sell only original and top-quality branded products.

• Products come with warranties ranging from 7 days to 3 years.

• If a product is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at our cost.

🔁 5. Return & Refund Policy

• Inform us within 3 days of receiving the product and within 7 days from the invoice date.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Returns due to our mistake (wrong or damaged items) are free.

• For personal reasons (change of mind), a 200 BDT return fee applies.

• Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting the product.

🔄 6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges can be made by visiting our shop or via courier.

• Wrong or faulty items are exchanged for free.

• Exchanges due to personal preference will require payment of courier charges.

🛠️ 7. After-Sales Support

• Warranty details are available on each product page.

• For support, you may visit our shop or send the item via courier (shipping charges apply).

• For minor issues, we recommend seeking help over the phone.

📩 8. Complaint Resolution

• Include your order number, phone number, and any supporting screenshots/audio/video.

• We will respond within 72 hours.

⚠️ 9. Prohibited Use

• Misuse of content, spamming, spreading malware, providing false information, violating laws, etc.

• Engaging in such activities may result in permanent account suspension.
